Flow cytometry is only as good as the sample it sees.

Between collection and acquisition, platelet and leukocyte samples change. Platelets activate spontaneously ex vivo, and leukocyte surface antigens degrade during transport, processing delays, and batching. The sooner a sample is stabilized after collection, the more accurately it reflects the donor's state at the time of collection.

IntelliFlow™ stabilizes samples post-collection: up to 7 days at room temperature or 2–8°C for the Platelet Stabilization Tube (PST, CD62P), and up to 22 days for the Leukocyte Stabilization Tube (LST, lymphocyte subsets).

A closed, pre-filled, vacuum-assisted tube design requires no pipetting or reagent preparation, reducing open reagent handling and protecting the person performing the transfer.
